Pre Academy Recruitment Courses/ Pro Football Trials
From a scouts view, the main problem we face when scouting a player is that they have obviously lacked/received a good level of coaching prior To being watched/attending a trial. The aim of these training days are to evaluate the players and offer both tactical, technical and positional Awareness sessions accompanied by detailed feedback.
All our staff have worked for us for over 3 years and are current coaches/scouts who also work for Professional Football Teams. Unlike other companies we do not have the need to recruit/hire staff just to work on our courses, meaning there are no middle men or 3rd parties involved in the running of Cosmo Soccer. Therefore we do not have to send out invites to clubs to send scouts to watch our games/sessions as we are already employed by our respective pro clubs to do this, resulting in better, coaching, analysis, feed back for the players, as its in our interests to produce and develop talented players for our pro club partners.
These training sessions are conducted on a weekly basis or ideally over a residential football camp environment days where you will be playing alongside Other talented players who will be in a similar position. On the course you will receive coaching from our Technical Director and premier league Scout and Uefa A Licensed coach, full written assessment On strengths/ weaknesses, tactical, technical and position al awareness Sessions and a real insight into what is expected from a player wanting to play at a pro academy.
Also if you excel on the course you will be put forward for a trial at our Professional club partners who cover all leagues from the Premiership through to league 2 and also for older players conference league.
Also due to our high reputation in the game all our players will go directly into the academy for a trial at a pro club and not have to attend any development centre and we currently have 75 players signed for pro clubs including Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, Derby County, West Bromwich Albion, Notts County, Ipswich Town, and Chesterfield
